We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your skincare appointment. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness to both our clients and our professionals. Please review the following cancellation policy for our treatments
As a courtesy, we will TEXT you to confirm your service appointments prior to your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee.
Cancellation within 24 hours: If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the total service cost.
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without giving any prior notice, a fee equivalent to the full service cost will be charged.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, and you may need to be rescheduling without any charges if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Refunds and reimbursements
Our cancellation policy is in place to respect the time and expertise of our professionals. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or reimbursements for cancelled or missed appointments. However, if you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please let us know immediately, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
